A student’s self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationship and mutual respect between students and staff. Teachers, administrators, parents, and the community share the responsibility for advancing the school’s mission. Our commitment to continuous improvement is imperative since our school is going to enable students to become confident, self-directed, lifelong learners in our ever-changing technologically advanced world. Ongoing assessment is critical to continuous improvement and encompasses a variety of formal and informal instruments, including standardized testing, self-assessment, observation, and the tracking of long term goals.
