2026 Dreamers to Excellence - Fundraising Event

Gene Xcellence is seeking energetic, reliable, and community‑minded volunteers to support our 2026 Dreamers to Excellence Fundraising Event — a family‑friendly Halloween celebration featuring bowling, food, vendors, music, and youth empowerment. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for our guests.
Volunteer Roles

Event Decor Team Assist with setting up themed decorations, arranging tables, organizing signage, and ensuring the event space reflects our fun, youth‑centered atmosphere.

Hospitality & Guest Support Welcome attendees, guide families to activities, answer questions, and maintain a warm, positive environment throughout the event.

Registration & Check‑In Help manage attendee check‑in, distribute wristbands or materials, and ensure a smooth and efficient entry process.

Bowling Lane Coordinators Support families at assigned lanes, help organize rotations, assist youth participants, and maintain safety and flow during bowling activities.

Photography & Media Volunteers Capture high‑quality photos and videos of activities, families, volunteers, and special moments to support future marketing and storytelling.

Tech Support Assist with music, microphones, presentations, digital displays, and any basic troubleshooting needed during the event.

Clean‑Up Crew Help restore the event space by clearing tables, removing decorations, organizing materials, and ensuring the venue is left in excellent condition.
Ideal Volunteers
